"Purse"onal Enrichment

We had our Enrichment night tonight and it turned out fabulous!!! I think I have the best enrichment leader and committee in the entire las vegas valley. They come up with the best ideas and make it fun for all. I actually don't know who has more fun with enrichment night, the sisters who come and enjoy themselves or us, the enrichment committee. We have so much fun!!! 

Our theme for the night was to get "purse"onal. We made these cute little purses filled with candy for everyone to take home. 

Eating is a must for us at enrichment. We served appetizers and deserts tonight, Hands off to Maren our fabulous chef for a delicious treat!

We played a couple of games, one game everyone had to weigh their purses, I think we had from .6 lbs to a 9 pounder! We also got to see what people actually carried in their purses. We had so much fun and laughter it was addicting.

We were able to her from our Relief Society President Debbie, and also the Presidency was able to seranade the sisters with a fun "purse" song. Let me tell you I am sure it was a sight, none of us can carry a tune.(well, 3 of us can't carry a tune. Kellie has a beautiful voice) Everyone seemed to get a kick out of the song. we were even enjoying ourselves, even Karen although she would not move the paper away from her face she was still laughing behind it. 

   
The best part of it all I believe, we were all able to laugh, talk, eat and make these fun duct tape purses. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.

Thanks to my enrichment committee for everything they did to make tonight such a fun night for all!  I truly love what I do and I thank all the sisters  in my ward for their love and support. I know how hard it really is to try to get out of the house to come to enrichment and I appreciate everyone for taking the time.
